Timelapse video – focus stacking

Today I did a little time-lapse with my phone while I was shooting a microscopic focus stack

I alternate between changing the focus on the lens and pressing the remote shutter on the laptop over a hundred times.

The swinging lights above are Lume Tube LEDs that I hang in a stocking.
